Marc Freedman will offer a glimpse of the future as our nation channels the skills and experiences of older adults to change outcomes for America’s youth and put us on track to creating a better future.
Founder and CEO of Encore.org, Freedman is an award-winning social innovator, thought leader and author—one of the nation’s leading experts on the transformation of retirement. As originator of the Encore career idea, he played a central role in establishing what is now AARP Experience Corps. He also spearheaded the creation of the Encore Fellows program, which has become the flagship of Experience Matters’ programming.
