Experience Matters, an organization that connects skilled baby boomers with nonprofits in need of their time and talent to build stronger communities, has named Francesca van der Feltz as its Skilled Talent Developer. Her role is to provide dedicated support to baby boomers (adults age 50+) looking to explore encore careers in the nonprofit arena and build purposeful second acts. These baby boomers are defining a new social movement and defying traditional retirement as they look to continue driving social change as they have historically with social movements since the 1960s.
van der Feltz is a graduate of the Thunderbird International School of Global Management where she earned her MBA, and the Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. Prior to joining Experience Matters, she was a regional marketing consultant with MetLife. She serves in multiple roles in our community, showing a commitment to inspiring organizations and individuals to have a positive social and environmental impact.
