Intel adopted the Experience Matters Encore Fellows Program in 2011, and has embraced the program with gusto. Experience Matters placed more than 60 Intel employees in the past year, with over 40 placements just in the past three months.
A diverse group of nonprofit organizations have benefitted from the passion and expertise of Intel employees, including Madison Street Veterans Association, Children’s Cancer Network, Salvation Army, and numerous school districts. Participants have worked in a wide range of capacities, from project management to quality assurance, and everything in between. The impact reaches across many sectors of our local communities—doing well by doing good!
