As a nonprofit member of Experience Matters, you’ve got an inside line on all of our training, networking, and ways to host and engage Experienced Talent. We’ll work together strategically to enrich the capacity of your nonprofit organization—and create positive change in Maricopa County.

Membership Benefits:

  • Engagement Boot Camp Workshops. Your membership includes attendance for up to five members of your team per workshop session at no charge.
  • Mission Connect Workshops. These engaging, resource-building workshops help you expand on ideas and practices learned at Engagement Boot Camp, while also providing networking opportunities among your nonprofit peers.
  • Host an Encore Fellow. As a member, you can serve as a host organization for an Encore Fellow—a trained and seasoned executive who is matched to a specific strategic project within your organization, spending a full year at half-time working on your initiative. Program fee applicable at time of match.
  • Host a Service by Design Associate. Experience Matters identifies and matches Associates for member organizations to support short-term (generally 3-month) social-purpose projects. Through Service By Design, professional Associates will help you enhance the quality of services you provide, help acquire resources and increase community relationships. Program fee applicable at time of match.
