Nora Hannah | Chief Consortium Officer

Nora comes to Experience Matters with years of business and community involvement experience. She is the co-owner/CEO of Landiscor, a real estate information company. She has served as board chair of the YWCA, been involved with Valley Leadership and the Children’s Action Alliance, and is the recipient of the 1999 Athena Award.

Nora received her BS in accounting from Loyola Marymount University and her MBA at Arizona State University. She lives with her husband and, with three children in college, is enjoying life as an empty nester.

Linde Harned | Talent Connection Manager

Linde is a Human Resource professional with more than 25 years experience in designing, implementing, and managing innovative employee programs that support business objectives. Her experience covers a wide variety of industries including hospitality, financial services, airlines, health care, manufacturing and nonprofit.

Linde holds a BA from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She currently serves as a WorldatWork faculty member, and is a long time volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.

Linda Mason | Encore Program Director/Encore Fellow

Linda has more than 20 years of executive operations experience. She previously served as Vice President at The Little Gym International and in other senior operations positions for manufacturing companies, service industry businesses, and educational institutions.

Linda holds an MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California and received her Bachelors degree from University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a MetroOrg Board Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

 

Kara Caldwell | Executive Assistant and Office Administrator

Kara Caldwell serves as the Executive Assistant/ Office Administrator for Experience Matters. Prior to joining Experience Matters, Kara worked as an executive assistant and planned giving coordinator for a public policy nonprofit organization. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Kara attended the University of Arizona and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in law. While in college, Kara volunteered for many local political campaigns and served as President of Alpha Chi Omega. Kara also served as an intern to Senator Jon Kyl, Governor Jan Brewer, and Governor Janet Napolitano while completing her degree. In addition, Kara is an Army Reservist who has completed a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
