Your Experience Counts

This is so much more than just another tutoring program. With Your Experience Counts, take your life & work experience right into the classroom and onto the front lines of education.

Your Experience Counts volunteers: 

• Commit to two to ten hours per week, based on availability and geographic preference.
•  Work alongside a teacher to support 3^rd-6^thgrade students in reading, writing, math or science.
• Receive extensive training on teaching strategies, learning techniques, testing requirements, and more.

• Visit our website http://yourexperiencecounts.org/ and complete an online application. Summer trainings for the upcoming school year will be taking place in Mesa, Central Phoenix and the West Valley.

  Training Dates

  All training sessions will be held from 8:30am to 12:30

  Phoenix: August 8^th, 9th and 10^th       West Valley: August 28^th, 29^th and 30^th

  Mesa: September 11^th, 12^th and 13^th
